How many pictures are staged for a typical property?

Should I disclose in the listing that the property has been virtually staged?
Yes – I firmly believe that buyers should be fully informed when property photos have been virtually staged. Buyers always appreciate the fact that they get to see what a home would like furnished and can compare it to how it looks vacant when they visit the property. I place a “Virtually Staged” Tag in the lower right corner of each picture that has been virtually staged. I also recommend that when posting photos in the MLS, the first picture would be the “Virtually Staged” photo and then the very next photo should be the same picture that is void of furnishings.
What type of enhancements will be made to my property photos?
The library of 3D products range from furniture, lighting, area rugs, artwork, table top décor, decorative pillows, throws, plants, and so much more. I hand select each piece to coordinate these furnishings for each listing. These furnishings are then digitally placed on the listing pictures provided by you.
